Identify the distinguishing life-stages of female patients which lead to new onset or worsening of existing migraine. 3. Select appropriate management for acute and preventive treatments including lifestyle modifiers

Internet Explorer

Select Tools from the top menu
Choose Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK
