Session Details
By the end of this session, participants should be able to:
1. Describe practical features (eg cost, timing, method of use, effect vs side-effects) of treatments (inhalational, oral, topical, cervical blocks) to reduce pain during IUD insertion
2. Demonstrate preparation of inhalational agent (Penthrox)
3. Demonstrate cervical block technique using simulated pelvic model.
