By the end of this session, participants should be able to: 1. Explain the diagnostic process for confirming neurodivergence in adults, and resources to assist and to support the diagnosis.  2. Describe the role, if any, of medications in the management of patients.  3. List supports and pathways for those transitioning from pediatric to adult care, including funding sources for care/treatment, job skills programs.
