Identify the key systemic and workforce challenges affecting the delivery and evaluation of CAMHS in Ireland and internationally. 2. Explain how evidence-based, ethically grounded service evaluations—such as the Maskey Report—can inform sustainable reform while safeguarding clinician wellbeing. 3. Describe the role of professional bodies, leadership, and collaborative frameworks in translating service review findings into lasting improvements in CAMHS quality and outcomes.
