Describe how adaptive humor styles (affiliative and self-enhancing) promote clinician resilience and mitigate burnout. 3. Demonstrate at least two core stand-up comedy techniques—such as framing, timing, and storytelling vulnerability—and apply them thoughtfully in clinical or educational settings.
