Resident and Allied Healthcare Professional Rates

• Early Bird Rate $315 +HST
• Regular Rate $365 +HST
• On-Site Rates $390 +HST

Students

• Early Bird Rate $115 +HST
• Regular Rate $165 +HST
• On-Site Rates $190 +HST
  

Your registration fee includes a complimentary parking voucher for use at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute parking lot. Parking is limited and subject to availability, we recommend arriving early. Registration closes December 2, 2025 at 11:59PM. Onsite registrations will be available, should space permit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing by November 5, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
