Overview on the approach to hysteroscopic myomectomy including indications, preoperative evaluation, and optimization. Objectives: • Identify which types of uterine fibroids can be approached hysteroscopically. • List preoperative considerations for fibroid surgery. • Illustrate different approaches and equipment for hysteroscopic myomectomy. • Describe the advantages and limitations of different surgical instruments.
