Simulation 101: on the utility of simulation-based medical education and its application in the procedure setting. Objectives: • Describe the concept and utility of simulation-based learning in hysteroscopy training. • List crisis resource management skills relevant to hysteroscopic practice. • Recognize the value of in-situ simulations for training and skill development, especially when setting up an outpatient hysteroscopy suite.

Choose Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK

Select Settings
Click the Show advanced settings... link then Content Settings in the Privacy section
Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and click Done

Safari (Mac)

Select Safari from the top menu
Choose Preferences
Choose Security
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
