Examples of practical tips for accessing the uterine cavity including the most difficult situations. Objectives: • Identify challenging scenarios for hysteroscopic access. • List strategies for optimizing access in difficult cases. • Categorize the approaches to dealing with the stenotic cervix and managing "false" passages. • Describe the utility of ultrasound guidance during hysteroscopy.
