Biography
Dr. Ann Bugeja completed her medical degree and residency training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the University of Toronto. She is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa and serves as the Lead for the Living Kidney Donation Program at The Ottawa Hospital. Her research focuses on improving the living kidney donor evaluation, optimizing donor outcomes, and advancing hypertension care through population-health and clinical research. Dr. Bugeja is also a recognized educator and mentor.
