By the end of this session participants will be able to:
1) Describe the physiological and psychosocial changes of the menopausal transition using up-to-date, inclusive, and accurate language.
2) Distinguish evidence-based information from common myths and disinformation surrounding menopause and hormone therapy.
3) Apply a critical lens when evaluating menopause-related health claims, treatments, and products in clinical and public discourse.
4) Validate lived experiences, acknowledge systemic gaps in menopause care, and channel the collective frustration into informed, person-centered advocacy and practice as a means to earn and rebuild patient trust.
