Jenny Rudolph
Jenny Rudolph is a life-long athlete who brings the joy of mastery learning to leadership and teamwork skills in healthcare. Dr. Rudolph’s “With Good Judgment” approach to high stakes conversations pairs high standards with high regard to help people “tell it like it is” without harming relationships. Rudolph’s work focuses on building learning cultures in healthcare. To do this, she draws on 20 years of research in healthcare, nuclear power, and chemical processing.
Dr. Rudolph is the Senior Director of Innovation at the Center for Medical Simulation in Boston and a Lecturer in Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
She is a Fellow of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, has doctorate in organizational behavior from Boston College, studied system dynamics at MIT, was a National Science Foundation Fellow, and received her B.A. in sociology from Harvard College.

Rudolph was a member of US World Champion women’s lightweight rowing team and played varsity basketball at Harvard College.
Doran Drew
Dr. Doran Drew is an Emergency Physician and Trauma Team Leader at The Ottawa Hospital. He is the physician lead instructor for the Ottawa Hospital's Simulation Patient Safety Program & Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine's Simulation Continuing Professional Development program. He is also affiliated with the University of Ottawa as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine.
Danielle Manley
Danielle Manley, Director of Carleton University’s new BScN program, holds a Masters and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education. She discovered her passion for simulation during her nursing undergrad and returned post-grad to teach in a nursing simulation lab. Danielle earned her Advanced Instructor Certificate, DASH, and Debrief through CMS, and co-founded the Queensway Carleton Hospital Simulation Program. Her clinical background spans complex continuing care, critical care, and clinical informatics, intersecting education, professional practice, digital health, and AI.
