-Review the diagnostic challenges and clinical implications associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder with Regression (ASD+R), including barriers to timely diagnosis, access to specialized expertise, and the limitations of current genetic testing approaches.
-To recognize the role of comprehensive genomic and metabolic evaluation in improving diagnostic yield, guiding management strategies, and optimizing care for children presenting with regressive autism variant.
