Biography
Mylène is a Research Manager with the Aaniish Naa Gegii team at the CHEO Research Institute, working under the mentorship of Dr. Nancy Young. A recent PhD graduate in Psychology, she has several years of experience in health and wellness research. Since 2023, she has worked collaboratively with Indigenous communities to adapt the Aaniish Naa Gegii: Children’s Health and Wellbeing Measure (ACHWM) to reflect the cultural and contextual needs of Indigenous communities across Turtle Island. Her work is guided by OCAP® principles and relationship building.

Atiqa is the Research Coordinator for ACHWM, bringing expertise in both biology and clinical psychology. Her research passion centers on fostering and promoting mental health, particularly within marginalized communities.
