By the end of this session participants will be able to:
-Describe the design and implementation of the University of Toronto’s multiphase, measurement-based care model that integrates screening, outcome measures, and goal tracking into routine campus mental health practice, and present outcome data from the first two phases of evaluation.
-Demonstrate how building scalable, shared research–clinical data infrastructure within a postsecondary mental health service can support precision youth mental health care by enabling real-time feedback, intervention matching, and continuous quality improvement.

Biography
Adina Hauser is a social worker and the Director of Student Mental Health & Communications at the University of Toronto, where she leads key strategic institutional initiatives to improve services for students. Adina has held operational leadership roles in child, youth, and emerging adult mental health as well as paediatric medicine, guiding and supporting teams to adopt new models of care. In recent years, Adina led the implementation of a Youth Wellness Hub, working with multiple partners to establish a new community-based service in one of the most complex and dynamic regions of Toronto. At the heart of this work is Adina's longstanding experience as a therapist for over 15 years.

Biography
Dr. Andrea Levinson is Director of Psychiatric Care at the University of Toronto Health & Wellness Centre, where she leads the provision and management of psychiatric services supporting students across the university community. She provides psychiatric leadership to the Student Mental Health Team, helping to advance strategy and initiatives that strengthen equitable access, quality, and continuity of student mental health care. Dr. Levinson offers clinical expertise and consultation in support of high-risk and complex students, while also building service capacity and coordinated partnerships across campus and hospital settings. She is a Staff Psychiatrist in the Ambulatory Care and Structured Treatment Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where she also serves as Student Mental Health Liaison, supporting stronger campus–hospital alignment and continuity of care. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
