Biography
Theresa Grant is a physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience who developed a passion for stroke rehabilitation early in her career. She did research at Queen’s University in the mid 1990’s that focused on stroke rehabilitation and later completed a PhD at the University of Ottawa in Population Health in 2010 focused on aging and health. Theresa is currently the manager of the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Program with Ontario Health atHome. She has supported development and expansion of the program since 2017.
