Course Description 

In this comprehensive MSK US course, you will learn, develop and practice MSK US skills through lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practice in small groups, with the support of experienced specialized instructors with international experience. 

Overall Course Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Review and recognize the relevant sonographic anatomy of both upper and lower extremities
  • Describe the steps for a diagnostic study of each area (shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, hip, knee, ankle/foot)
  • Scan a standard patient model using the adequate technique
  • Identify most common pathologies

Target Audience

Heath care professionals practicing or planning to initiate the practice of MSK ultrasound, including Sonographers, and Physicians performing or reporting MSK ultrasound.
