We are excited to welcome you to the Launch of the 2025-2030 Faculty of Medicine Strategic Plan on Thursday, January 16, 2025 as of 4:00PM! Registration will begin as of 4pm as the presentations will start promptly at 4:30pm. The event will take place at the Roger Guindon Pavillion, Atrium. 

Please follow the following details on how to park and get to RGN:

Please note that the only available parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from RGN.
To make things easier, we’re providing a shuttle bus service to take you to and from the building. Click here to view the shuttle schedule for this event.

  • Parking: You can park in this designated lot on campus.
  • HotSpot: Use this HotSpot link the day of the event to pay for your parking.
  • Shuttle Bus: Look for the shuttle stop near the parking area for a quick ride to RGN.
