Registration Fees:
Opt-in for a table of 8 for the registration types below and receive 10% off your table purchase.
- General*: $190
- Staff**: $70
- Students / Residents: $50
*including faculty members, clinicians, and members of the public
**including uOttawa and affiliate institutes

Important Registration Information:
- Multiple registration types must be submitted separately (e.g., General and Staff/Admin).
- If registering on behalf of others, please select the appropriate checkbox below. Confirmation emails will be sent to the person completing the registration.
- For group registrations, the first contact listed will receive the confirmation email.
- Ticket holder names are required. If unknown, enter "TBD" — we will follow up to confirm names before the event. Names are needed to issue each guest’s unique QR code for check-in.
