Abstract Submission

We are still accepting late abstracts

Prospective authors are invited to submit a one-page abstract in pdf format. An example can be seen here. The abstract must include the title, the list of authors, affiliations of all authors and the e-mail address of the corresponding author. Figures can be included. Abstracts will be reproduced in a downloadable abstract booklet of the conference exactly as received. Templates for the abstracts in LaTeX and Word format are provided for download in a zip-file. Please follow the guidelines given in the templates. Submitted abstracts not following the guidelines will not be accepted.

Abstracts submitted will be graded by members of the International Program Committee. Submitting authors are strongly encouraged to submit new and original work on topics covered by the conference. 

During the upload please specify the topic from the following list, which is most appropriate for your work:

1. Material growth, structural properties and characterization, phonons. 

2. Wide-bandgap semiconductors (GaN, SiC, Ga2O3, BN, Diamond). 

3. Electron devices and applications: visible, MIR and THz. 

4. Carbon: 2D graphene, 1D nanotubes, and 0D quantum dots.

5. 2D materials beyond graphene including twistronics. 

6. Perovskites/Organic semiconductors. 

7. Topological states of matter, topological Insulators, and Weyl semimetals. 

8. Low dimensional semiconductor systems (1D, 2D).

9. Quantum Hall effect, and fractional quantum Hall effect.

10. Spintronics and spin phenomena. 

11. Optical properties, opto-electronics, solar cells.

12. Quantum optics, nano-photonics, quantum emitters, NV Centers. 

13. Quantum technology: Semiconductor-based qubits. 

14. Quantum technology: Quantum dots and nano-crystals.

15. Complex oxide and chalcogenide semiconductors.

16. Semiconductor-superconductor hybrid systems.

17. Nano-mechanics, MEMS/NEMS, and opto-mechanics.
