NOTE: Regular registration for Faculty Members, Residents and Students will end on April 24, 2025. The price will increase by 25% after this date.

Summary
Cancellation Policy
No registration form will be processed without the full registration fee included; Post-dated cheques are not accepted; Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch are included in the registration fees; Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before April 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. No exceptions.
