NOTE: Early bird registration for Trainees, Faculty Members and Support Staff will end after March 7, 2023. The price will increase by $55 after this date.

Summary
Cancellation Policy
No registration form will be processed without the full registration fee included; Post-dated cheques are not accepted; Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch are included in the registration fees; Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before March 10, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. No exceptions.
