This National and International Course is designed to provide residents in their senior years with a comprehensive review of current neurosurgical practice and help their preparation for the various Board and Certification examinations, with emphasis on the Royal College Certification Examination.

Registration Fees: 8-Day Course including 6-station practice OSCE – ORAL AND WRITTEN

OSCE Priority given to PGY 6’s preparing for the Neurosurgery exam. 
Please note the Oral Exam will be held via ZOOM. The Written Exam will be In-Person. We would encourage everyone that has not completed the Royal College Written Exam to register.

Important Notes:

  • Please note the Oral Exam will be held via ZOOM however the written exam will be in-person.  
  • All PGY6’s should be registering to attend in-person.
  • If you wish to write the exam you must register for the 8-day course
    • Participants may attend the main course virtually, however the written exam must be done in-person, no exceptions
  • The virtual course is ideal for out-of-country participants.

Eight Day Registration

Oral and/or written exam included

 

Priority given to PGY 6’s preparing for the Neurosurgery exam. Please note the Oral Exam will be held via ZOOM however the written exam will be IN PERSON.

The Written Exam is open to all In-Person Registrants.  We would encourage all PGY4’s and higher attending the course to register for the written exam.
This 8-day registration includes an additional day after the course and offers an OSCE exams which be held in the Neurosciences Clinic - 2nd Floor, C2 at the Civic Campus of The Ottawa Hospital.
