Registration closes September 16, 2025 at 11:59PM. Onsite registrations will be available, should space permit.
PARKING: Complimentary parking for up to 60 vehicles is available onsite on a first come first service basis. Once the lot is full paid street parking is available around the permitter. Please also note there is a paid parking garage available at Preston Square.
CANCELLATION
Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing by August 19, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
