13:45: Demonstration 14:30: Residents will practice with Faculty Learning Objectives: Perform a deltopectoral approach, describe options for subscapularis management, and perform a subscapularis release using a particular technique, perform humeral preparation and implantation of a prosthesis, to perform glenoid exposure, bony preparation, and implantation of a glenoid component.
