Optional Lunch Sessions

Lunch and Fireside chat on CAP Leadership

Join us for a  fireside chat on the many facets of leadership in child and adolescent mental health, featuring a panel of world-renowned child and adolescent psychiatrists sharing insights from careers spanning clinical care, research, education, advocacy, and health system leadership.

This engaging conversation will highlight the breadth of leadership opportunities in our field that span from guiding clinical teams and academic programs to shaping policy, advancing innovation, and championing the mental health of children, youth, and families at local, national, and global levels.

Designed to be conversational and interactive, the fireside format encourages reflection on leadership journeys, mentorship, and the pathways available at every career stage—whether you are just beginning to explore leadership roles or are already influencing systems and organizations.

Lunch will be served.  We hope you will join your colleagues for this conversation and you leave inspired by the many ways to lead in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.

The first 25 residents to register are free! Compliments of the Association of Professors of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of Canada.
