Non-refundable Registration

Fees are non-refundable. HST tax 13% is applicable on all fees (subject to change). Only credit card payment is accepted. Payment must be received at the time of registration for confirmation of enrollment.

Is the course offered in person and in hybrid format?

No. This course is only offered virtually via Zoom Webinar.

Is there an option to only sign up for the Optional Session (mock oral exam) Or must one sign up for the core plenary lectures from Sunday-Thursday as well?

No, access to register for virtual sessions is granted once you select a core plenary registration.

Will the lectures be recorded for post event viewing?

Yes! All lectures will be recorded and available through the EventsAIR portal post-course. Simply use your same log in information, click the session you want to watch and press 'Play' in the top right corner. The lectures will be available for 3 months. Please allow our team one week post-course to edit the lectures. They will be uploaded before December 9 EOD.

Will PDFs of the presentations be shared?

Yes! Once the lectures are provided to our team by the speakers, they are uploaded and available through the EventsAIR portal. Simply click the session you would like to watch, click 'Handouts' and download the PDF. The PDFs will be available for 3 months.

Error when processing payment (Troubleshooting)

If you experience a billing error during your payment, please check for special characters such as: . - # / ( ) * etc. in your contact or mailing details. These are not permitted.
