By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the core principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) relevant to burnout prevention and resilience.
2. Identify how psychological inflexibility contributes to burnout among clinicians and caregivers.
3. Apply experiential ACT techniques (e.g., mindfulness, values clarification, acceptance exercises) to promote well-being and professional sustainability.
