Conference Registration Fees

CACAP is once again pleased to offer the Annual Conference for both in-person and virtual attendance.

Virtual attendees will have access to all the plenary sessions, along with the most popular concurrent session from each time slot. The CACAP Institute will also be available for in-person and virtual attendance.

NOTES

Residents and Medical Students: you will be required to upload proof of status at time of registration.

Members: Member and associate member registrations will be cross-referenced with the CACAP membership list. Registrants who are not current CACAP members but have selected a member rate for the 45th CACAP Conference will be required to pay the difference in registration fees. Please ensure that your 2025–2026 membership dues are paid before selecting a member or associate member registration rate. 

CANCELATION

By registering for this event, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions. No registration form will be processed without the full registration fee included. Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing by May 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. Contact cpd@uottawa.ca for more details. Space is limited, register early to secure your spot!

TRANSFERS

For logistical reasons, transfers between virtual and in-person registrations (and vise versa) will not be accepted. Please contact cpd@uottawa.ca for more information.

STATEMENT OF OCPD PRIVACY OBLIGATIONS

OCPD is committed to the protection of all personal information collected and used in the operation and management of its programs. All personal information provided to OCPD will be protected in accordance with uOttawa Policy 90 and the applicable privacy legislation, including the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. OCPD and the 45th Canadian Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Annual Conference will not provide learner and speaker information (e.g. disclosure agreements, communications with speakers) to any third parties such as external organizations, sponsors or other industry concerns. OCPD does provide the Ottawa Hospital Academic Medical Organization with lists of members who speak for OCPD so they may qualify for TOHAMO recognition. Information collected by OCPD may be amended or deleted by the learner or speaker provided reasonable rationale and identification are provided. Learners and speakers may opt out of future contact either through the registration system or contacting us directly at: cpd@uottawa.ca
