Physician/Optometrist Early Bird Rate: $400
Resident/Fellow/Learner Early Bird Rate $250
Physician/Optometrist Standard Rate: $450
Resident/Fellow/Learner Standard Rate $300

CANCELLATION

Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing by October 7, 2026 to cpd@uottawa.ca. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
