Dear Colleagues,

The CHEO Precision Child and Youth Mental Health (PCYMH) Initiative and the University of Ottawa Department of Psychiatry invite you to submit an abstract to the 2024 Precision Child and Youth Mental Health Conference. The conference theme is "Precision Child and Youth Mental Health: Empowering Futures, One Mind at a Time".

With unprecedented potential to transform child and youth mental health, PCYMH is rapidly moving us towards precision care guided by data about each patient's unique genetic, biomarker, environmental, and lifestyle characteristics. Join us for a stimulating two days of discovery and discussion with like-minded colleagues in beautiful Ottawa, Canada's capital!

 Conference Goals
•    Learn about current PCYMH research in Genetics, AI, Biomarkers, and Prevention and Treatment Advances (virtual option).
•    Showcase your own PCYMH research.
•    Network with PCYMH researchers and clinicians.

Types of Presentations
1.    Research Symposium (60 minutes): Research Symposia present 2-3 10-minute talks on new research data organized by a PCYMH theme and moderated by the symposium chair. At least 20 minutes should be devoted to questions and discussion. Presenters must participate in person.
2.    Solo Oral Presentations (15 mins): Solo presentations should discuss new PCYMH research for 10 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters must participate in person.
