The CSBI would like to provide subsidized pandemic registration fees for all our attendees. It is the mandate of the CSBI to have breast cancer education available to all involved in breast health care and with the generous support of our trade sponsors we have been able to offer you these special rates for 2022.
Fees are non-refundable. HST tax 13% is applicable on all fees (subject to change). Payment must be received at the time of registration for confirmation of enrollment.
In the event of major power outage during live lecture or major technical issues on behalf of the organizer, all attempts will be made to either re-schedule live lectures or provide them as a recording. As refunds will not be given for registrant technical issues, it is strongly recommended all attendees test their equipment/login in advance of the course.
