- Physician Regular Rate: $350 +HST
- Resident Regular Rate: $200 +HST
- Nursing / Allied Health / Paramedics Regular Rate: $200 +HST
- Health Administration Regular Rate $200 +HST
- Students Regular Rate $125 +HST
- Persons with Lived Experience and Caregivers $85 +HST

- Resident Onsite Rate: $225 +HST

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds less $75 administrative charge will be issued for cancellations received in writing by August 27, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
